Jason's qualifications include a Diploma of Financial Planning through Deakin University, and a Bachelor of Economics through Monash University. He is a Certified Financial Planner.

Paula’s qualifications include a double degree in Financial Planning and Accounting, and a Diploma of Financial Planning. She completed her Master of Financial Planning in 2020.

She is a Certified Financial Planner CFP from the Financial Planning Association.

Prior to joining Equip Super in May 2024, Vanessa has worked for a privately-owned financial planning firm, a major bank and managed her own financial planning practice. Vanessa is excited to join an industry super fund and looks forward to helping our members achieve their financial goals.
Ian McRae

Ian has been employed in the financial services industry as a financial planner since 1999 and specialises in the area of superannuation and retirement planning. Prior to joining us in June 2012 Ian has previously worked in an accounting firm, run his own financial planning practice and provided financial planning advice for an industry super fund so he understands the philosophy of putting the member first.
