  • Competitive remuneration
    We know great people have options. At Equip Super, you’ll receive a competitive salary package, which will be communicated during the recruitment process. We’ll review it annually to make sure you’re being rewarded for your good work. 
  • Salary packaging
    You can salary sacrifice for novated car leases, as well as salary sacrifice payments into your superannuation., meaning you’ll pay for these benefits with pre-tax dollars. 
  • Personal Leave
    At Catholic Super, you’ll get 17 personal leave days a year to look after yourself or your loved ones. 
  • Purchased leave
    Need some extra time to travel the world or survive school holidays? You may be able to purchase an additional 4 weeks of annual leave per year. 
  • Parental leave
    As a primary carer, you’ll receive your full salary for 16 weeks and we continue to make full superannuation payments for up to 52 weeks, even while you’re on unpaid leave.

  • Wellbeing days and more
    Your health and wellbeing are important to us. Within the 17 days personal leave we offer 4 wellbeing days a year, free flu shots and a range of health and wellbeing activities throughout the year. 
  • Partnership with Metlife
    We have partnered with our Insurance provider MetLife to offer a comprehensive free medical referral service for all employees and their families. The service covers medical advice on Physical and Mental issues as well as lifestyle support advice and coaching 
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
    Our EAP gives you access to free and confidential support to you and your direct family whenever needed. Available 24/7 to support you when life gets hard.

  • Ongoing learning
    In order to achieve great member outcomes, we need to keep on top of our game. That means continuous learning is encouraged and supported for every team member with a dedicated budget available across the Fund.

    As a member of several professional associations and industry bodies, you’ll be invited to networking events and roundtables, and able to join special interest groups that support your professional  development.

  • Flexible working

Love working from home? Our team all work in a hybrid model which includes some days in the office and some days from home. The policy includes several different flexible working options to ensure all our people can create the balance that works best for them.
